Cry me Ocean
Cry me your wake's billion count of tears,
Those droplets of unfathomable ocean;
Your problems fall like ragged rain,
A splash of crude from your deep water rig.
Those droplets of unfathomable ocean
Regard you with plankton pupils, O Leviathan!
What you failed to gulp will drown you once you've beached.
Your problems fall like ragged rain,
Millimeter plashes atop leagues of patient depth,
Where your wrecks lie beyond your senses, cooly preserved.
A dash of crude from your deep water rig
Seems rainbow-sheen apocalypse against the real waste
You've laid and its threat of grisly comeuppance.
